The primary goal of MPEntertainment is client satisfaction. To achieve this we aim to provide the kind of professional entertainment for a function that would exceed most people's expectations - without charging fees that put us beyond the reach of most people.
Your function, for whatever reason you are organising it, will be a very special occasion for you and your guests and we believe that only through a genuine commitment to offering you the very best service can we ensure that on the night everything will be just as you imagined it would be.
Once you have confirmed your booking with MPEntertainment we will maintain contact with you and ensure that we understand and cater for your specific needs.
We will, if you wish, arrange to meet you in person at your office, your home or the venue to discuss fully the nature of your event. This helps us to ensure the smooth running of your function.
You can be reassured that we only use high quality professional equipment that is regularly tested according to the Department of Health Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) regulaitons and we are covered by £10m of Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. We also carry spare equipment to ensure that we are able to cope with any unforeseen circumstances.
Prior to your function we will have already established with you any particular tracks or artists you wish to be played, or not to be played, on the night of your function. In addition to this on the night we will have access to a collection of thousands of tracks and will be happy to play most requests that are submitted to us.
We run our professional mobile disco service from North East Kent, close to the A2/M2,M20 and M25 which gives us great transport links to the whole of the South East of England.
The map below shows an approximation of the area in which we provide a professional mobile disco serivces. This area incorporates the following major towns and cities and their surrounding areas in Kent, Sussex, Essex and SE London:
Medway, Gravesend, Dartford, Bromley, Bexley, Bexleyheath, Sidcup, Chislehurst, Orpington, Biggin Hill, Welling, Faversham, Meopham, Sevenoaks, Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Dover, Folkstone, Margate, Ramsgate, Tonbridge, Brighton & Hove, Seaford, Eastbourne, Haywards Heath, Crawley, Lewes, Hastings, Chichester, East Grinstead, Crawley, Gatwick, Dagenham, Basildon, Southend on Sea, Rayleigh, Brentwood.
We are also happy to provide our services to any of the Central London postcode areas for a fixed additional fee of £25:
EC, WC, W, NW1, SW1, SE1, N1, E1, W1
If you require us to attend a function outside of this area we can do so, however, an additional charge may be made to cover increased traveling costs.
We usually require an hour to set up and test the equipment to make sure everything is working, however, we appreciate that sometimes there just isn't the time to allow for an hour, especially with weddings where the room for the wedding breakfast has to be rearranged for the evening function. If you need us to set up in a shorter period of time please mention that when contacting us or on your booking form.
PLEASE NOTE: It's never 'too early' to book - our 2008
calendar is filling up fast,
and we are happy to take bookings for 2009 and beyond.
