Your function will be a very special occasion for you and your guests and we believe that only through our genuine commitment in giving you the very best service can we ensure that on the night everything will be just as you imagined it would be.
Once you have confirmed your booking with MPEntertainment we will maintain contact with you and ensure that we understand and cater for your specific needs.
We will, if you wish, arrange to meet you in person at your office, your home or the venue to discuss all aspects of your event. This will help us to ensure the smooth running of your function.
You can be reassured that we only use quality professional equipment that is regularly tested according to the Department of Health Portable Appliance Testing (PAT) regulations and we are covered by £10m of Public Liability Insurance for your peace of mind. In addition to this we also carry spare equipment to ensure that we are able to cope with any unforeseen circumstances during the function.
Your music tastes are important to us and prior to your function we will have discussed the nature of the music to be played at the event. We are happy to work totally or partially from a play list of music that you have provided. In addition to this on the night we will have access to a collection of thousands of tracks and will be happy to play most requests that are submitted to us.
