Early Setup
We usually require an hour and a half to set up and test the equipment to make sure everything is working correctly. However, we appreciate that sometimes there just isn’t the time to allow for that much time . This is especially true with weddings where the room for the wedding breakfast has to be rearranged for the evening function. If you need us to set up in a shorter period of time please mention that when reuqesting a quote or on your booking form.
In the second example provided on our services page the function requires an early setup at 11:00am in Surrey.
Early setups can create a very long day. As such we, although we are quite happy to setup early for you, like most of our peers, we add an extra charge for this service.
